Our office closes for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday & Friday, Christmas Eve & Day.
Directions:
From I-35, take Forest Lake Exit #131 for Broadway Avenue. Take Broadway Avenue East until you intersect with US-61/Lake Street/Forest Blvd N. Take a Left (North). We are on Lake Street at 244, on the left across from Mattson Funeral Home.
