Lakes Area Youth Service Bureau (LAYSB) seeks proactive, energetic and organized Youth Enrichment Manager to develop year-round programming for teens, administer agency wide communications and co-manage volunteers. Good candidates will have a combination of administrative and people skills to balance all aspects of duties. Attention to detail is vital. Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field, 4 years experience, social networking and computer savvy required. Experience working with youth development programs and understanding of prevention techniques preferred. FT position, some evenings. Benefits and 401(k) eligible. Founded in 1976, LAYSB programs and services engage youth, ages 10-18, their families, and the extended community through Youth and Family Counseling, Teen Enrichment and Leadership, Intervention/Restorative Justice, Mentoring, and Parenting Support and Education.
