LAYSB’s Youth & Family Therapist
Kari Lyn has been working with adolescents and their families for nearly 25 years. Serving primarily in a program role, she desired to make a greater and more long lasting impact on the lives of youth, which is what led her to Family Therapy in the fall of 2003. She is an international speaker, teacher, author and an associate of the Youth and Family Institute.

LAYSB’s Community Justice Program Manager
Matt is a licensed school teacher with three years of teaching experience and ten years of experience working with youth involved in LAYSB’s Community Justice/Intervention Program. As Manager, Matt is responsible for conducting intakes with clients, facilitating classes and supervising the other program components. He is the facilitator of the Chemical Awareness class and the supervisor of the Teen Intervene program that works with youth that are at risk for chemical abuse/dependency.

LAYSB’s Parent Education Coordinator
Jackie is a licensed social worker who has worked with teens and families since 1975. During 18 years with the Wilder Foundation, she directed an aftercare and family program for teens who were placed in a residential program through juvenile court. At LAYSB, she works to provide different types of support and education for today’s busy parents. She has three grown children and raised her young adult granddaughter.
