Youth Advisory Board (YAB)
Offered by Lakes Area Youth Service Bureau & Forest Lake Area Schools Community Education. Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is made up of 7th-12th grade students who wish to make a positive impact on the community. We address the issues members think are important and brainstorm ways to make a difference. Help plan service projects/events, participate in fun programming and know you are an important part of your community!

What’s Happening Now?
The group is working with Tobacco Free Youth Recreation to promote healthy outdoor areas and enjoys holding car washes which benefit the community. Other projects have also included packing food for Feed My Starving Children and Peer Leadership Training.
